The VRA team is pleased to be working with the Owners of the McLaren Hotel on this redevelopment project that includes the construction of a new multi-story residential building to assist in the City’s affordable and transitional housing needs. This development will include renovations to the historic McLaren Hotel, and together with the new multi-storey residential building, will enhance Winnipeg’s Main Street experience. This is another step forward for the City and the historic McLaren Hotel.
