Jeff Penner is a Sport + Community Architect at Verne Reimer Architecture / VRA Sport, and a Board Member at Sport Manitoba. Jeff will be presenting at the 2021 Annual Recreation Manitoba Virtual Conference on March 11th, 2021. He is sharing the story of planning and building Community Vision through VRA’s work on the Meridian Exhibition Centre in Winkler, MB.
